ArcGIS Pro is hanging - can I cancel import template?

Hello,

I'm using ArcGIS Pro and working on files on my company's one drive server. The server is being unusually slow today and my project started hanging when trying to import a layout template on the server. Unfortunately for me, the last time I saved was before I did a lengthy symbology edit. Is it possible to cancel the import layout template without closing the project or should I try letting this run overnight? I'm close to the end of the day so both options arn't the worst.

I would see if it runs the next day, in order to avoid any possibility of it crashing. If it's still hanging I would then restart it and work off of my local hard drive. Maybe you can try recovering the project by copying and pasting it before restarting though.
