I'm using ArcGIS 10.3 standard. I'm trying to geocode addresses I don't have an ArcGIS Online account yet. I was wondering were I can download the old ArcMap data that was used to geocode before ESRI switched over to ArcGIS Online.
Look around for the media discs that came with Version 10.0 and older. One of them has sample data on it. Depending on your area of operation, you might want to check local resources like a city, county, or state GIS department.
