Pinch Zoom issues with JS API on Android 5.0 Lollipop

Is anyone else experiencing issues with being able to pinch zoom a Javascript API map using an Android 5.0 device?  Basically, when you try to zoom in using a pinch gesture, the map zooms out one notch.  So far, we're only experiencing this on Android 5.0 devices.  Android 4.3 works just fine, and so does iOS.  We're using v.3.9 of the JS API and I didn't see anything pertaining to this in any of the release notes after 3.9 up to the current version 3.14.  We see this behavior with both our own map apps and ESRI sample maps like this one:

We are also having the same issue. I'm surprised I haven't seen more people posting about this.

This could prove to be a major usability issue for our users!
