ArcGIS Online forgot password and forgot answer to my security question

I have a ArcGIS Online account that i signed up for a class. I have not access the account in a while. I only remember what my user name. I tried to reset my password but the system needs the answer to my security question which i have forgotten. Is there a link to request to ESRI to reset my password and security question/ answer.

From what I understand, those accounts are temporary and meant to be terminated once the course is over (well after six weeks or so).

Can I still contact ESRI support when this account was a student through Udemy from the geoapps class. I just need access to my student account that has all of my online maps content.
