Hello,  How to restore restore table of content in arcmap?  impossible to do it through the toolbar or windows tab  thank you

Why is it impossible to use the Windows menu? Does nothing happen or is the TOC option missing?

One possibility: auto hide could be enabled, which would dock the contents pane to the side like this:

This is the Table of Content that appears as a tab.
