ArcGIS tokens and AGOL

Hello everyone,

When creating a Token for a Feature Layer in AGOL using "Users and roles from ArcGIS Server's built-in store"
. What value do you recommend in the Token Client: Parameter: HTTP Referer or IP Address or IP address of this request's origin

I am just hard coding the rest feature service and token in the AGOL Feature Layer URL field
