How to display google map as base map

any help me to display google satellite map as my base map

If calling the tiles were legal it would be easy with WebTileLayer but TOS doesn't permit it.

Yes but  https://community.esri.com/thread/87169 example  i have tried but its not works for me.now for google api  we have to use key without that we cant use.I am not getting how to use
