How can I share the app with others while devloping with WAB Dveloper version?

I am working remotely and want to share the app with others how can I do it? rscheitlin‌ suggested to leave the command prompt running and share the link but that didn't work. May be because that works internally as Rob suggested. Is there any other way to share while I am working remotely?
