Using the routing function in Near Me Widget without ArcGIS Online named user.

We created a simple web app to help our users identify the closest polling station along with the direction.

Here is a sample map with data for Seoul: ArcGIS Web Application

Currently, the web app requests AGOL account information when a user selects 'directions.' We would like all the functions to be available for the public. Is there a way to enable this?

Yes, you can do this by creating a new service item in your organization that references the routing service. When prompted, save your credentials with this item. Then, when configuring the widget, use your service item with the saved credentials for routing.
