Getting Started with the Arcgis Business Analyst extension

Hello everyone,

As part of a project, I am required to use the Arcgis Business Analyst extension,

I proceeded with the installation of the tool but when I launch the software some features are grayed out (not activated) like store setup or customer setup,

and yet I have a standard license.

If anyone has an idea how to solve this problem I am interested

thank you in advance for any help or guidance in this regard.

Diallo,

It seems as if you haven't turned on the Business Analyst extension from Customize > Extensions on the menu bar of ArcMap/Business Analyst MXD. As mentioned you have a standard license for BA hence check the Business Analyst Standard checkbox in the extensions.
