GTFS Tools In Pro : tools run but no Feature Class created

Question

Hello, i have a problem with using GTFS tools in Pro :

* GTFS Stops to Features 
* GTFS Shapes to Features

I work on Pro 2.3.2 version.

My GTFS Data come from severals sites :

- https://dataratp2.opendatasoft.com/explore/dataset/offre-transport-de-la-ratp-format-gtfs/information/

- https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/transport-donnees-gtfs/#_

-https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/gtfs-du-reseau-de-transport-tbm-offre-de-service-bus-et-tram/#_

I face the same issue from thoses Data...

i run the tool, i get no error message, but no feature class is created on my GDB..

I closed, reopened the project...NO DATA is stored in my GDB

It's working fine for me also.  (I am the developer of those tools.)  Do other geoprocessing tools successfully produce output?  I suggest you check if you have the same problem with other tools.  Regardless, you might need to call Esri Support in your country. It sounds like a problem with your particular installation or something.

Hi Asma NKHILI‌,

Until a few minutes ago I did not have any experience with this GTFS specification (General Transit Feed Specification). But now I have a Feature Class with all the stops in Metz (see screendump below):

* I did follow the link to the Metz Métropole data you provide above
* I downloaded the file with the gtfs data
* I identified the stops.txt file
* I did run the GTFS Stops To Features tool
* Et voilà: they all show up on the map

(Running ArcGIS Pro 2.3.2 like you)

So, I don't know what is going wrong on your side...
