Reorder layers in vector style editor?

Is there a way to reorder layers in the style editor application? Say if I want roads to appear over boundaries?

If you haven't used the Vector Tile Style Editor lately, there have been significant improvements since its launch. This includes layer reordering (under the Actions pulldown) and access to the full style JSON for direct editing.
