How add pop Menu to feature of featurelayer

Hello superiors:

Hello,now i have a question, can you lost serveral minutes to look at it.

There is a featurelayer of polygon,  where i right click the polygon of the featurelayer , i want this polygon feature pop a right menu ,(the menu may be has  delete ...) ,how can i do it ,there is a Component in esri？  thanks very much.
