Can I remove GPS errors in Survey WIdget

I am trying to embed a S123 Form into an Web Experience via a Survey widget. As such this would be viewed in a browser. But I keep getting these errors if Browser is not set to grab Location. I cannot gaurentee users will be able to modify their browser.
Is there a way I can set S123 so it does NOT try and actively get someone location so I do not get this error

Secondly…and not really important… My S123 form is set for Topo Basemap… why does it change to aerial after I place it in the Survey Widget?
