Hello there,
I am unable to enroll in the web course "Performing Analysis Using ArcGIS API for Python":
URL: https://www.esri.com/training/catalog/5c476edd036a82744a781cec/performing-analysis-using-arcgis-api-for-python/
Instead of the usual Enroll / Launch Course button, the page shows "Requires Esri Maintenance Program: This Training is only available to active users of the Esri Maintenance Program". But I am supposed to be an active user of the Esri Maintenance Program… 🤔
What I have already checked:
- My account is correctly associated with my organization (UNIGIS/UIA - International Association), and Esri Access is listed as enabled in my ArcGIS Online account settings.
- Other maintenance courses I have not yet taken enroll without any problem, e.g. "Displaying Raster Data in ArcGIS" and "Introduction to 3D Data".
- I completed "Visualizing Data Using ArcGIS API for Python" from the same series yesterday without issues.
- The same blocking behaviour occurs for another web course "Administering Content Using ArcGIS API for Python", so it appears to affect the not-yet-enrolled courses of this series in general.
What confuses me:
the course page itself states that the training will no longer be offered as of December 31, 2026, and that anyone enrolling before that date retains access until January 31, 2027. Based on that, enrollment should still be possible.
Is this intended behaviour, or a configuration issue? This is time critical for me, as my university affiliation and therefore my access to Esri Academy ends on September 14.
Thank you for any help.
Best regards,
Stefan
