MRF fails to import into mosaic datasets and to be read on image server

Hi, We are about to upgrade our image servers from 11.3 to 11.5. In that work we have detected, for us, a major problem. That upgrade involves involves upgrading ArcGIS Pro also. Our workflow is adding rasters to a mosaic dataset and then publish the mosaic datasets. What we have found is that we are not able to add MRF files that has a "scientific"-notation on the bounding box. But if we change the notation to "float" the files works fine. MRF files with scientific notation worked fine in 11.3 and in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.2 But when we upgrade servers to 11.5 and ArcGIS 3.5 problems occurs. Do not work: Works: For mosaics that are already created and just published the following to endpoints does not return anything: /exportimage /computeHistograms but the following two works /computeHistograms /query We think that a change in reading metadata from the BoundingBox tag has changed in Pro and on the server side. We have tracked down this issue a bit further and we think there are some changes in the handling of regional settings between 11.3 and 11.5 on server and 3.3.2 and 3.5.5 in arcgis Pro. If we change the server to be with English (USA) the mrf files with exponentials is shown and if we change the regional settings on the machine were we have arcgis Pro the mrf file can be imported to a mosaic dataset.
