Related Table - Change displayed value

I created a related Table.

In AGOL it shows the Attribute Table value from the Field "Checked_By" (John, Peter) and then smaller the Date.

In Fieldmaps it only shows the value from "Checked_By" and no Date at all.

I would prefer to have the Date from the Attribute Table-Field "Date" displayed instead of the Names who checked the site.
Where can I change that?

Thanks for suggesting a solution - I found a solution and it is possible that we are talking about the same way of doing it.

I did not get results in Field Maps Designers/Forms, but using Map Viewer.

1. In Map Viewer selecting the Table in the left bar (not the layer)
2. Selecting Pop-ups in the right bar
3. Changing Title (eg. {Date} ), or go wild with any kind of coded combination.
4. Now it will be the title of the pop up in Map Viewer and most of all used in Field Maps as well.
