Report Template vs Address Label

Question

I'm trying to create a report template from Survey123 that creates a page of address that you run through a printer onto address labels (the ones that you peel and stick on the outside of an envelope).  I was hoping this would be a simple thing but am unable to find anything that works.

At a loss for how to accomplish this.

May be hard with Esri's built in stuff to do this. But I think this may still be relativley easy via something like Mail Merge in word. You would need to export all your data into a table. You may be able to achieve the same result with VBA, but that seems over complicated to me.

I've not done any mail merges, and when I did it wasn't  forthis particular workflow. But the couple times I have used it, it worked well... May be a place to start at least. Here is a quick google search video on Mail Merge.

Not sure this format could work as you intend, hopefully someone else has alternate ideas.  You might be able to format this layout by manually assigning each cell to a specific record, but you would have to manually update each time you ran it.  You maybe be able to format to iterate over multiple  records  to produce labels vertically or one per page, but that wastes a lot of labels.  If you had a continuous feed/roll label printer, you might be able to configure the docx template to the size of the label, and have one per "page" and run that through the printer.

Another option if you have windowed envelopes you could format the entire report with a address page ready to view through the window.

But honestly an export to excel and then a window mail merge would probably be easier than configuring a report to do it.  Or you may be able to automate this with a python script.
