When working with the ArcGIS.GETADDRESS function in ArcGIS for Excel, I was told by support that it is expected behavior that the function will only use the locator listed at the top of our Portal Organization's locator list.
Even though the function builder will allow you to choose from a list of all organization geocoders, the software will always default to the one at the top of the list as organized in Portal settings. If we have a shared excel sheet using one locator, and want to create another that depends on a separate locator, we are out of luck, as apparently this is not allowed. It seems like a bug to me, but was told to post here by support.
