Allow users to export and reuse visibility scale range settings configured from unique value symbology independently of a Layer (.lyrx) file. This would allow users to save the scale range configuration for unique value classes and apply the same settings to other layers or updated datasets without manually recreating each scale range.
This would be similar to existing workflows where symbology configurations can be exported and imported, improving efficiency when managing layers with a large number of unique value classes.
