Map layers disappearing from application

Question

Hello, some of the layers on our public map randomly disappear when the application is opened. For example, here are two screenshots of the same map showing two different set of contents.

We are running Experience Builder on Enterprise 11.5. Any ideas on why this is happening?

Thanks again @Brian_McLeer. Submitted a ticket to Esri Tech Support to see if they can help identify the cause. Will report back if there is a resolution.

You're welcome @dsinha. If you have an IT Network/Support team I would probably ask them to check firewall settings/port settings/etc. (well beyond my skillset).

Thanks for the observation @Brian_McLeer. Actually, both screenshots were taken on the internal network. I am very worried what public viewers on external network are able to see (if new to the app, they may not even know that some layers are missing!!).

I wish I knew what is causing it.
