Add distance between the trash can and arrow (navigation of repeats)

When completing a Survey123 survey form on a mobile device, the trash can is directly beside an arrow used to navigate between repeat forms within a survey.

Clicking on the trash can does cause a pop-up that asks you to confirm deletion, but it would still be nice to have a little space between the trash can and the arrow - to add a layer of deletion prevention and to also reduce hiccups in the amount.
