Yesterday, the Project Office team of Cyberdjura at the International Academy of Geoinformatics began moving toward the Esri YPN community. It was interesting and exciting, even with unexpected surprises like the warning “you are too fast.” Later, there was a discussion with a distant friend about how Europe builds a “civilization,” while Muscovy builds a “state.” And at night, the Muscovites, who stole the name “russkiye,” once again demonstrated the difference between “civilization” and “state” according to the canons of the Golden Horde. Kyiv is not yet Gaza, but the methods of building “states” on foreign lands are the same. We hope that geospatial analysis will someday reveal the invisible causes and nature of such similarities.

I write this to warn and inform the community that sometimes political compromises and immoral businesses have consequences more horrific than one can imagine.
