Creating a related table with repeats in Survey123 Web Designer

Hello,

In the survey that I'm building, I want to extract parcel number(s) from a layer using a map.  The surveyed will be using a map to point at the aerial view and calculate that value into a field  (Web designer essentials—ArcGIS Survey123 | Documentation).  Seeing that participants will most likely have more than one parcel number, I went to see if this action can be repeated within the survey using Repeats (What’s New in ArcGIS Survey123 (March 2026)), thus creating a one-to-many relationship table.  When testing, it works in the survey, but it does not save the values.  I know the data calculation works on its own, but I need the related table.  If there any way I can achieve my goal or any fixes to my procedure, please let me know.

I have solved it on my own.  It seems it needed to first have a geographic location, in the way of another map, that creates the initial survey layer.  And then those repeats would be related to that point location, as the parcel map is not registering spatial data because it is a table, and only has the function to extract the parcel number.
