"Attach a file" is not available on the Mobile App with configured in Connect

Hello!

I do have multiple survey using the same Feature Layer.

I have "Attach a file" in all of them.

Some of them do not allow the file attachment.

In Connect I see the attach icon available, but it is not available in mobile app both Windows and Android. Of course it is not in ReadOnly mode.

I also checked on the web form and the attachment is available.

Version 3.25 of Connect and app.

I seem not to have issues with images tough.

Any idea why? Thanks!
