ArcGIS Pro is unable to establish connection to https //www.arcgis.com (air gapped system)

Question

I have ArcGIS server installed and I have ArcGIS Pro installed however it is "unable to establish connection to https //www.arcgis.com" it is in an air gapped system so this is fine by me.

However it doesn't allow me to do anything else.

The only thing I need this whole system for is to serve maps for an application, I know that there are other systems out there to do this buy my customer stipulates ArcGIS.

Please help.

I need to serve map data (Raster) for my application on various machines.

OK this is the situation:
I have one install of ArcGIS, that is licensed, I have one install of ArcGIS Pro that is licensed.

Does this mean that I will only be able to serve my map once to a single machine?

Gordon,

ArcGIS Pro can be licensed as single-use, concurrent-use, or named-user. If named user you would need to connect to a Portal or an ArcGIS Online Organization (which you actually are entitled to for free because you own a current version of ArcGIS Server under _maintenance_ -right? ;-)). To obtain a license you would obtain it from support.esri.com or from you My.Esri.Com website, again if you actually own portal  you should have an account on that website. From there you can download software updates and obtain your license codes. Since your system does not talk to ESRI you can not use the auto-authorization methods. Rather you need to get the ECP code (looks like this: ESU440991234, so you can manually enter them during the authorization process.

In Pro uncheck the auto login to Online checkbox when you see the pop-up and go to settings | licensing and set the required information.

Does ArcGIS Pro open completely or provide that error?

It should open.... you may need to update the portal that it is connecting to: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/projects/manage-portal-connections-from-arcgis-pro.htm

I think I may be confused on the issue, since you have a single use license applied.
