How to remove empty blank box from the survey?

Hello,

I designed a survey in Survey123 Connect and published it. When I opened it in the Browser, I see the empty blank box below the map. See print screen below.

FYI - I don't see this issue when I opened it in the app.

Could you please help me on how to remove it?

Looks like a bug! and is resolved at 3.25 if you can use the latest version in the url

Wow~ I was literally about to make the same post myself! I'm doing a geoshape question, and using pages and grids with pages dynamic-grid. I thought it was the grids so i removed all the grids and the ghost box is still there! My set up is that this geoshape question is inside a repeat.

I was able to resolve the issue by requiring to use 3.25 in the survey123.arcgis.com Settings page.
