Webhooks List Not Showing Up (Settings Page)

After adding a survey123-type webhook to a survey in survey123.arcgis.com, it does not display on the list of webhooks of the Settings page. So basically, it is not possible to edit or delete the webhook configuration.

When trying to add a new webhook, the system also returns a "webhook is already existed" error message, even if nothing is displayed on the list.

Survey was published and viewed with version 3.25 (latest) of Survey123 Website.

I've tried doing this with my own Payload URL and also with a Make.com webhook. Both types do not display on the list of the Settings page.

Having the same issue exactly, except the payload URL is to Workflow manager.

Sorry to hear that you've experienced this issue.
Just want to make sure, when you use survey123.arcgis.com, are you using portalUrl parameter to point to ArcGIS enterprise portal url?

I would like to add that as of this morning, all of our Power Automate webhooks have disappeared from the Settings tab when viewing the survey from the Survey123 website. Has any holistic change happened or is this just a glitch? As far as I can tell, our traffic is still moving, we just cannot see the webhooks.

We are seeing the same issue on all our Enterprise surveys with webhooks too. Same as @Terry_Bearb, all traffic is still moving.

All webhooks still visible on our AGOL surveys.

Hi, I'm having the same issue. I created a webhook from Survey 123 settings and nothing shows up. when I try to add again, it says "Webhook already existed".

@alison_gou does anyone seem to have this issue again? The Webhooks are no longer showing in the Settings page on Survey123 however the flow is still running. I need to edit the settings of the webhook though.
