I have 30,000 points and am trying to use Ripley's K but no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated?

Any specific problems? That is a large sample, have you tried a smaller sample for testing?
It works for 5000 points but not for 20,000 .
You didn't specify what happened for 20,000 points. Was there an error? Did it finish successfully without an output? Did it just not work?
If it worked for 5000 points but not larger then it could be that it your computer ran out of resources.
You will have to provide more context or contact Tech Support to see if it is your data set or your setup
I tried several permutations (99, 9, and 0), and it ran for 10 hours with no results, reaching only 1%. I eventually had to stop due to limitations with my computer. I think your theory about the computer may be correct. I think my dataset up was fine ( a boundary, projected data, etc..)
