Anyway we can change the header color in AGOL and/or Portal?

I often have them open in two tabs. ArcGIS Enterprise Portal AGOL AGOL

You've probably got more chance of doing so with an Enterprise deployment (if you were to dig deep), however, with AGOL there's nothing in the settings that allows the customisation of the banners
