Guided Tour issue in Business Analyst

Question

Basic question here.

Trying to use the Guided Tour in BA. Level 1 second point Run infographic for an area gets stuck on step 9 and there is no way forward. Without being able to complete this, I cannot move to other levels.

Any ideas on how to move forward?

I have cleared the browser history and cookies and delete BA preference files, as I read those suggestions online.

it seemed like it was going to work and then froze again in the next step.

Hi @EvaArriaga We just updated BA Web App in production to the new February 2026 update. Can you please try again to see if the issue is still reproduced?
