Tooltips in Web Editor Template (Instant App)

There are mousover tootips for most Instant App - Web Editor buttons. But some tooltips seem to be missing.

Idea: Add mousover tooltips to all buttons:

Hi @Bud,

thanks for sharing your idea. You're right, some tooltips are missing in the beta version of the app. They will be included when we release the official version of the app in an upcoming ArcGIS Online update.
