Allow additional file types (dwg; dxf; msg) for file questions

We currently use Survey123 to handle warranty and guarantee inquiries within our GIS workflows. In specific cases, it's essential to attach supporting files — such as .dwg, .dxf, and .msg — to provide the necessary context and justification for the request.

For us it would be beneficial it these additional file types can be sent as well.

Natively support .dwg, .dxf, and .msg and more file types is needed for more agile and powerful S123 webform 🙂

Asking non-techy users to submit using compressed file format is a nightmare.

I send ZIP files to people, and they legitimately don't know what to do with them or what they are. S123 should definitely be able to handle more file types.
