Getting a code when I submit data on Survey123 mobile app

When submitting forms on Survey123 Mobile App I get the message:

"Please copy this code, switch to your application and paste it there"

I tried to sign out and sign in, but it brings the same message again when I try to sign in. I have never encountered this error, please assist.

Is this using an ArcGIS Online connector or an ArcGIS Enterprise connector? The reason I ask is because there is this article from a similar issue, but this is with PowerPoint: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/prompt-to-copy-and-paste-code-into-an-application-when--000012679
