Images in select_one question not displaying in web browser

Creating a map request form using Survey123 Connect. We want the users to select which type of basemap they'd like so we're including images to help them choose. It is a select_one question with the image files entered in the media::image field of the choices tab. The case is correct. The images show up in the Connect preview but are broken when the survey is opened in a web browser, which is where this survey is meant to be viewed. Any help would be appreciated!

Same questions as @Neal_t_k. This sounds like a naming issue, and seeing the Media folder and Excel File would help. You could even just take screen shots of the media folder and media::image column.

Do you have File Name Extensions visible? That also needs to be an exact match.

Are there any special character or spaces in your image names? The web app is much more sensitive to some of those things than connect.

Can you share an example of your xlsx? that may help trouble shoot.

No special characters. I can't share the xlsx unfortunately.
