Is there any option to get version information of ArcGIS Pro for portal users?can we write any python script ?

In terms of getting the versioning information remotely from these users, I do not believe this is a possibility natively with ArcGIS Software. There is a chance that you may be able to use some company-wide reporting software to pull this, our IT uses a third-party software that records all installed applications on a system, this would look something like this on our side:
These reports can be pulled and compared across the organization!
