Need to Alter Network Dataset Travel Attributes, stuck in Read-Only

Question

Hey all,

I have a Network dataset that I created and published using the Publish Utility file. I am trying to make an alteration to some of the attribute costs, but am met with the 'Read-only network dataset' prompt. I removed the services from my Server and removed all locks, but cant seem to find what is keeping it in read-only. Although I can re-create it, I'd prefer to just make the alterations. Any ideas of what to check to clear this read-only?

I wish I found a better resolution. But I ended up creating a Template from Network Dataset, deleting the existing, then running the Create Network Dataset from Template, and made the changes I wanted..

If there is anything else, I would appreciate any comments to look for next time.
