Monitor service flips between start and stop, post Upgrading Monitor from 2024.1 to 2025

Question

We have upgraded Postgres SQL DB to 16.8 successfully after that we have upgraded ArcGIS Monitor from 2024.1 to 2025 post which the monitor service starts / stops immediately.

Has any one faced similar issue and how do we fix the Monitor service start and stop issue.

It appears that this is current a bug, and is currently under ESRI review, you may want to follow some of the troubleshooting steps here to verify that it's a similar issue, if not, then post your results and I'll check it out!

It would also be best to open up a support ticket so ESRI can gather further examples and investigate what could be going on as well!
