I have a form that I am loading from the web URL link to edit. Users use the link to add more information to the form while the assessment is in progress. There are several signature questions at the bottom of the form.
Some assessments come up with this error and the form won't submit due to 2 signature images being attached to a single signature question. If a user goes to update the signature, why does it retain the old one in the record, but then this causes a failure to submit at the next step.
I have to load the assessment in ArcPro, find the duplicate signature/s and delete them to allow the workflow to continue, which is an annoyance.
It only happens occassionaly, the majority of records are managed through the workflow without issue.
Can anyone suggest a way to manage this to prevent old signatures being retained and causing an issue.
