Error Loading Site. Status: 500

Question

One of our client's Enterprise Sites application suddenly broke somehow and is not loading. We get this "Error Loading Site. Status: 500" message everytime we try to open the site.

One thing we noticed is that from the Manage sites page, this site is showing 0 groups, whereas the others all show 1 group. I wonder if this is related to the error.

Have you come across this and found a solution?

@davidson reach out to Esri Support Services to troubleshoot what the issue may be. Be sure to include what version of ArcGIS Enterprise your client is running and any other details that you may feel is relevant.
