Restrict Edits to Boundary

Question

Hi all,

We're looking to implement a public data collection service that would restrict data submittals to our city boundary.  We are open to using either Survey123 or Experience (or any other AGOL apps), but we want more than just the box constraint.

Has this functionality been developed yet for AGOL or Survey123?  I've seen various posts, some with promise, but then issues with public-facing data collection.  Maybe I just missed it??

We are entirely Esri Cloud-based.

It looks like you can check if your location is within a specific polygon using Survey123.
