Screen Keeps Loading When Creating a Blank Survey

Question

I am trying to create a new blank survey and the screen keeps loading endlessly. This has been going on for the past three weeks now and have had to resort to Survey123 Connect. Here is a screenshot of the endless display.

Using the inspect tool from the console shows this.

Can someone please assist?

Thank you for the response, unfortunately we have tried incognito and even clearing up cache but it still does not work.

The funny part is that, if I publish a survey via Connect, I can open it on the web nice and easy. Just confused what's going on with creating it from the web.

Hi!

I have not seen this issue before, but could it be an issue with your browser/cache? Do you have the same issue in a different browser?  You can also try incognito and see if the issue is the same.
