Anyone experiencing a noticeable slowdown in layers loading in AGOL?

This matter appears to be resolved, if you are still experiencing an issue try clearing browser cache or another browser. Otherwise please get in touch with your Technical Support Team to make them aware and help troubleshoot further.

We are having issues with some view layers aswell:

Yes - 'services3'. Still. Been going on since last night

It looks like service3. I've checked on a few features in my org and this seems to be the case.If I'm looking at services1, no slow down or if it is data on an in-organization server, it's also running smoothly.
Honestly, even getting the details page for the layers to load is taking longer than I would expect.

Do you know service you are on, you can usually tell by the rest url at the bottom of the item page? There should be a number in the URL at the start.
Yeah, I'm having noticeable slow downs with AGOL hosted feature layers, where things take a full minute to load, if not more.
