Allow Toggle between Dark theme and Light theme

In modern coding frameworks, it is simple enough to allow the user (or the users system) to decide if the site or information is displayed in dark mode and/or light mode. This will allow for better user accessibility and ease of viewing content no matter the users location , weather, or lighting scenario.

Yes! I've been after this for ages and would bring it in-line with most other apps/websites. I'd also like to see it across the board for AGO products.
