ArcGIS ONLINE URL FOR SURVEY123

Question

I have 3 separate Surveys collecting Data to a Single Data base Folder in ArcGIS Online

The Question is where do I get the URL SUBMISSION LINK in ArcGIS online to add to my Survey123, SUBISSION URL Tab?

Whether its the FOLDER LINK or the LAYER LINK, Ive tried both but end with the same pop up Error.

Yess, Using Survey123 Connect... All three have the same submission URL... Am using Webhook in OFFICE365 Email to trigger the connection between the three surveys and its reviewers...

Submitting the first survey to trigger the webhook works perfectly but the issue is the reciever recieving the submitted survey cannot perform the survey editing capabilities due to GLOBAL ID error.

Any suggestions will be appreciated...
