Where do minimized floating windows go?

In ArcGIS Pro 3.4.0, if I minimize a floating window like the Attribute Table, where does the window go? How can I get it back?

It goes to the Task Bar on the bottom of the screen. See image below.

You can also press hold Ctrl and double click the layer to get it back up
