Send Error - Layer "ABC" no found in feature service

Question

I have seen previous posts, but no solution?

I had to rename a point layer to update my Connect so it would publish without deleting data. I thought I was good, but now I cannot send any Surveys.. The Dashboards still work?

Tried logging out, refreshing, deleting and reinstalling....

Still no send error

You try and send, but "nothing" happens? That sounds like a permissions issue. Ensure that the survey is shared properly. E.g.,
