Physical evaluation copies

Hi,

I'm looking for physical evaluation copies of some books that aren't available on Ingram. The titles are Preserving Our Planet: GIS For Conservation, Managing Our World: GIS For Natural Resources, and Protecting the Places We Love: Conservation Strategies for Entrusted Lands and Parks.

Is there a way to pay a small fee and receive physical evaluation copies?
