Saw this feature in Qgis release and think it would also be useful in ArcGIS PRO:

Make it possible in the GUI to filter DTM data.

Elevation controller

Bonus points for:

Making it possible to choose an over/under color (instead of making it transparant).
Apply the filter to the legend (bounds)
fixed elevation slice, with DRA:
