SVG Rendering Issue for mapview ui components

Hello Everyone I have two different projects project A is using angular v15 with js sdk api 4.30.2 @ArcGIS/core
and the other one using angular v17.3.11 with latest js sdk api 4.30.9 @ArcGIS/core

Project A is working totally offline everything is working great with me
while the other project has some issues in finding svg and json files during compilation however
other functionalities is working offline greatly through changing assetspath as well as project A is working great with no errors at all totally offline
